How long does it take to build a Lee Signature Properties home?
Usually, it takes between 90 to 120 days to build a new home. We also usually have some completed homes that are available for purchase.
Can you change the layout of the home? Can I add special customization?
Yes! We offer many different floor plans, and changes can be made to accommodate your needs in your new home. There are many options and upgrades available for you to choose from.
Is the price of the lot included in the purchase price?
The cost of the lot is included in the purchase price for our homes. Some lots may have a premium for special features, such as a greenbelt or corner.
What is the price range for a new Lee Signature Properties home?
We have homes ranging from the $190,000’s to the mid $400,000’s. We have many different plans and communities to choose from.
